Former Death From Above 1979 vocalist/drummer Sebastien Grainger has unveiled three songs from his new project, Sebastien Grainger & the Mountains. The quartet has posted the first three products of the new group

what was the name of his other post DFA band? i remember i was going to see them at call the office in london but i never went. or is this the same band?

the other post-DFA band was MSTRKRFT, but that's actually jesse keeler (the bassist)'s band. and it's not really a band, so much as it's just him dj'ing and creating tracks/remixes.

actually no. femme fatale was the band BEFORE dfa.

also, this new stuff is meh. but that shatner video on his myspace is one of the greatest 2 minutes i've ever experienced.

Wait Femme Fatale are the same dudes. I was not really into that style, but they put on a pretty cool show. Especially if you like to dance. Or maybe I am just thinking of someone else.
