The Used Kids, formerly known as the Modern Machines, have announced further plans in regards to their upcoming EP and tour. The band is playing their first ever show on February 1st in Brooklyn at Lost and Found. They discussed their approach for the show and beyond:

We're playing a set consisting mostly of new songs, or songs from the very last bunch of Modern Machines songs. That's why this isn't just another Modern Machines set – this set is way more UzKz than MxMx.

In other news, we're putting the finishing touches on our April tour. In theory, the Salinas e.p. will be out by then. The tour will go from April 9 through 20, and when the dates are finalized they'll be posted here at the 'space. In general, if you live west of the Appalachians, north of the Ohio river, and east of the Mississippi River or in a city that it runs through, you'll get a chance to see us.
