i'm 24 and after a shitty breakup went from 180 to 166 pounds. i've stopped losing weight but i am still a little flabby. how can i harden up my mid section. crunches seem to be working only real slow and really it's not that much. i drink a lot of beer. is my only option to quit all the booze. i do lots of running. 4 miles 5 times a week. any suggestions on how to stop this plateau i've hit and get a little more hard/lean? 7+ Replies

Sweet tour, but it's been up on their Myspace page a while. Anyway, I'm hoping that they do an East Coast tour soon, cause I really liked "Our Darkest Days". Strung Out are good too.

Strung Out deserves the headline, because they are allot older and way more influential. Its to bad. Dudes like me are getting older and not wanting to go out and support their favorite bands, but shit I've seen Strung Out 5 times and they were awesome every time. 1+ Reply

Cool. One band that hasn't been good in nearly a decade and four others that have always been horrible. Get into it, Europe!

Ignite needs to get back to the goddamn states. They haven't been here in... What, two years almost?

I agree, strung out should headline, always killer live, no matter what you think of their recent albums(which I dig, although they havn't reached the warp speed of older strung out).

I was underwelmed watching Strung out support Bad Religion last year. They definatley shouldn't be headlining - they are just orgcore. 1+ Reply

I think Strung Out should be the headlining act
