There's just something nice and simple about the Kanji design. Helps that it's such a rad band.

Dude, did you see what New Pornographers tickets are going for? $87 for a pair on ebay, last I checked. Shit! They sold out in less than a day!

No thanks, I'll sit and listen to the records at home with cheap beer before I EVER do that. That is absurd. It's funny that they aren't even the best at what they do, but they have 'the name' plus all of Neko's stalkers.

I absolutely love them, but half the dudes hardly ever tour with them. I'd love to see an AC Newman solo tour stop at the Black Cat backstage or Velvet Lounge, though.

The most I ever paid for a concert ticket was $53 to see Morrissey in a tiny venue. I'm a Morrissey FREAK, so I think i can write that off to superfandom rather than a propensity to waste money.

The most my girlfriend ever spent was $50 on a $15 Ted Leo ticket from eBay, but it was a sold out show and she had already bought her plane ticket to come up and see me, and the whole point of the trip was to go to the show (this is when she was still finishing school), so once again, I think it can be excused.

I'll never understand people paying $80 to see Justin Timberlake and sit ass far away. For $5 I saw the Ergs! in Richmond last weekend and it was one of the bes

Would have loved to be at the Ergs! show, it just didn't fit into the weekend. I'm not sure what the most I ever spent was... it's all in setting, I understand with you and MOZ, but the huge arena tours and people dropping hundreds for nothing more than a good view of a video screen... I just don't get it.

Yeah! If you're far enough away that you require video screens, stay home and watch the DVD. At least there you can drink beer that isn't $8 a bottle.
