He Is Legend have announced plans to record their next album:

On the 27th of March we will be embarking on a musical sabbatical deep in the forests that surround Warrior Studios to record these new musical endeavors with the elusive Mitchel Marlow, whom you may remember from such films as Turtle Power, I Hate Myself and the remake of "Hey Man, Nice Shot". Although you may never hear a finished product from said project, (lets call it Operation Demo NZ) we can assure you of its Bad–Assary and promise that it will only help us to deliver to you a record literally made of solid gold, (figuratively speaking).

The band released Suck Out The Poison in 2006.
