It's good to see Epitaph releasing good music again.

Let's be honest Mr Brett would rerelease a Duran Duran album if he thought it would sell.

Thousands of Nu-Faux Emo kids will call these the best new albums of the year.

No one who buys Epitaphs new albums will know who The Offspring are.

The albums will be rereleased with a 24 page booklet and tons of new joke songs!

Alright (enough bad humor), I love both the band and the label and will buy these.

Now here are two albums that actually deserve to be re-issued. Seriously. I can't stand the OMG HYPERDELUXE SPECIAL EDITION REISSUE/REMASTER/REMIX that comes out a year after the original cd. Except if it's the Aquabats, because you can't help but love them and you know they're just laughing about the whole idea.

Speaking of Offsprings' classic lyrics, what about the LAPD song where they say the n-word? I get the context and all, but when they did some performance with Redman for one of their novelty hits on I think it was MTV once, I kept wondering if he'd known...

While they were not my "Fisher-Price First Punk Band", this was the CD I bought the day I got my first CD player. Well, that and Sepultura and Ministry.

I'm one of 3 people who are stoked for this.

Are re-mastered albums really worth re-purchasing? I'm a pretty big fan of the band, but i'm not sure if i wan to pay for something that i've already paid for... 24 page booklet is kind of tempting though.

Next time I see an album being re-released, I'm going to kill someone.

The first CDs I ever purchased were Smash and Dookie. It was such a fucking novelty back in the day to be able to skip right to the track you wanted to listen to after years of pressing fast forward on the cassette only to overshoot your favorite song by a long shot and have to rewind again.

The kids don't even know how good they got it these days.

My dad actually loved Smash so much that he stole it from me. It's alot stranger if you actually knew my dad. He's uh...more elephant than donkey per se. Fiscal elephant, not religious elephant.

oh come on, i hope EPITAPH re-releases their old shit instead of putting out NEW SHIT ! i mean, i think epitaph should stop releasing music. and stick to the old punk sound. who needs story of the year and the new bands?

One of my favorite cd's ever, and since I was in 6th grade and had no musically influential people around me, I was surprised to find out a few years later that they had two cd's before this, and I remember how excited I was when I finally found Ignition at a small record store in Tacoma. Both awesome albums, I was always bummed to have to skip "Bad Habit" because of the swearing, if my parents were around. A remastered Ignition will be great.

I lost my copy of Ignition and will be buying it for sure. Damn good album

I have to say, Ignition fucking rules. A friend of a friend gave it to me for free back in high school, because he 'hates punk'.

Several years later we played in a band together. It was pretty fucking cool.
