i hadn't heard of their Jawbreaker cover before your comment, and i must say, i really REALLY wish i was able to continue not knowing about it. that was actually one of the worst musical experiences of my life. and what the fuck is up with them throwing that Boxcar line in the middle of it. God dammit i'm irrationally angry over this. fuck thats a bad cover.

If my job was to be in a successful band, instead of working a 9-5... I think I could find an hour a day to hit the gym. Seriously, that dude just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Hell, I DO work a 9-5 AND a part time and I still find an hour a day to hit the gym.

also, the video went from crap to beyond insulting when they hired the black dude from scrubs to wear a butler outfit and dance around. it's like every bad black stereotype rolled into one. geoffrey from fresh prince meets suburban white boy ideas about pop culture.

not to mention every bad over the top rock stereotype they indulge in in order to achieve some kind of humor that none of their fans will ever understand but will be sure to take literally instead (HAI LOOK HE LIKT HIS GEETAR)

Also, I'm disappointed that Donald would participate in such a horrid video. All's well, Scrubs is still my favorite show.

It’s too much too soon to go from drowning to over-oxygenated and he thinks that just maybe he’s just going to implode and die anyway.

But there’s a smooth hand covering the back of his neck and holding him close, letting him steal the air he has no other way of getting; he nearly relaxes, limp in someone’s arms somewhere under the water in Lake Michigan on a Saturday afternoon.

He forces himself to open his eyes, and he would have pulled back and gasped, had the hand on his neck not held him firmly in place. He stares into dark, wide brown eyes for mere moments before he realizes that he’s a good ten feet from the surface and he can see light and hear the sounds of someone jumping into the water above him.
