The Damned in the studio

Longstanding English punk act The Damned are in the studio recording a new full length. The group, as of 2007, featured a line-up of that included Dave Vanian and Captain Sensible backed by keyboardist Monty Oxy Moron, drummer Pinch, and bassist Stu West. Pinch is documenting the recording process via a studio blog at MySpace. The new record will be the band's first since 2001's Nitro released Grave Disorder.

It seriously is annoying isn't it. Not in like the "wow, this guy is really ignorent" kind of way that many bloggers get annoying. In the "wow, this guy tried to start something he felt to be witty and keeps it going even though he gets 100% ingnored every single time, that's really REALLY pathetic and sad" annoying.

Yes this maybe true but they will sell more than you or any piece of shit band you have and you would not last 32 days on the road unlike the Damned who have been on the road for 32 years now go back and suck your mama's tit wanker! Cunt! Dick!

Perhaps though I doubt it,but they will definitely play to AT LEAST 100 people on every show and way more than that in the major markets and they will scorch the stage. Their keyboard guy is a spazz and a delight to watch.Captain still rocks out hard,like Angus Young in an old lady dress!And, to say Dave Vanian has aged well would be a serious understatement.Maybe he IS a Vampire?!?! Seriously why should anybody "hang it up" if they enjoy what they do so do many others? I probably sound like an ass kissing mark to you,because I actually have some of that...whats that basic human quality???... Oh YEAH, ENTHUSIASM!! I atuallly LIKE something somebody has done.You to me,sound like just another mindless reactionary,a nay-saying,shit talking,do-nothing sourpuss with to much time on your hands.. so i'm going to Amsterdam later this summer... should i "spend some money" in the red light district over there? its 50 Euros for 20 minutes, which isnt a bad rate at all... but i also read something online that said 7% of them have some form of an STD. i'm not too big of a fan of that number

Absolutely. its beyond time to call it a day. What happened to the legacy being important to some of these bands? Fuck I cant stand the sex pistols but ill admit im in the minority and had I been a fan seeing the blood-transfused corpes that remain of the original lineup known as the sex pistols on david letterman, all in the news, trying to die their grey hair pink, not playing songs because of curse words, i would be embarrassed for them and thus back to my point of just let the legacy remain respected and in tact.

Stawberries rules and "Generals" and
Stranger in Town" are two of their best songs.More lightly psyche flavored and Beatles-esque, but Prog? Hardly Those songs are about 8 minutes.

It's about fucking time! I thought Grave Disorder was a combination of two of their best known releases, The Black Album and Machine Gun.

They had better fucking tour the east coast. America has a lot more tour stops than CA and Las Vegas.
