New Brunswick, NJ's Bouncing Souls have had their version of "Man in Black" from the Johnny Cash tribute All Aboard posted to the website of AlternativePress. The album will be released through Anchorless Records.

It wasn't so much the standard set, I'm just kind of sick of that acoustic thing they do in the middle of the set, I've seen them do it 4ish times. It robs Gone and Night On Earth a lot of their power. And they fucked up a lot. Obviously they're a punk band and I think it's pretty cute when band a fucks up and mentions it to the crowd or whatever, but it was really noticable at least 8 times, during songs they've been playing for years like I Love Your Mom, I was kind of standing there just waiting for them to fuck up next. I could even notice when I was dancing... I love them though, but when you see a band 20 times some shows have to end up as one of the worst, right?

We should tar and feather him at the fest. Then attach a couple cinderblocks to his ankles and throw him in the pool at the holiday inn. Except then the tar and feathers would probably make the pool unsutable for swimming in.

Alright new idea, we shave Scott's real beard, and give him a new beard made of the collective pubic hairs of every beardpunk at the fest. The beardpunk gorilla mask. Then we dip all of our balls in ink and teabag him.

New York City is like this decent garage band some people found, and they ranted and raved about how amazing they were, and when you checked them out they were too drunk to deliver. But people still thought they were the Stones.

It was pretty entertaining. Just the thought that someone like that could actually exist...I guess it doesn't surprise me, but it's still hilarious in a horrific way that humanity posses these tendencies.

I actually like New Found Glory a lot, but to call them the greatest pop-punk band in history is absolutely blasphemous. But if he's on drugs, and these are the bands he's gonna start signing in the future, then I'll fucking go buy him a bag of heroin right now.

Last week Rancid was supposed to play 2 shows here in Salt Lake but they were canceled last minute. Apparently Matt Freeman hurt his arm or shoulder or something. I was wondering if anyone knows what exactly happened and if they've played any other shows since then on the tour. I really wanted to see H2O but when the headlining band cancels the openers do to, I guess.
