The Bouncing Souls plan "Home for the Holidays" shows

Bouncing Souls have announced their 2nd annual "Home for the Holidays" shows at The Stone Pony in the band's hometown of Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Shows will include The Casualties, L.E.S. Stiches, Static Radio NJ, Token Entry, Vision, Higher Giant, The Gaslight Anthem, Gimme Drugs, and Let Me Run.

How long has it been since their last reunion? I never really thought they were very good. Thought Chunks was way better playing guitar in Redemption 87.

They're still playing shows quite often, it's probably just hard for them to get together to write new music.

But I would also love to hear them put out new tunes.

That's definitely good to know .I would wager a bet that most of their shows are up in the NJ/NYC area though, huh? I live in FL and haven't heard a peep out of them. :(

Yeah. I saw them earlier this year in New Brunswick NJ. It's hard cause Nate, their bassist, is also the bassist for Ensign, so he straddles his time between both bands. And Dave's got his family now, so it's just mostly northeast area shows.

Oh hell yeah! That third show is incredible! First of all, The Gaslight Anthem... obviously.

Second, LET ME RUN!! I opened for those guys a couple months ago and it was just awesome. I've gotten to know them and they're the coolest guys on the planet. I'm so excited to see them playing a show this big!!

I went to all 3 shows last year and it killed, mostly because they played 23 different songs eveyr night. Does anyone know if they're doing that again this year?

Dec 27th is the new christmas a double dose of Ernie Parada and one dose is the almighty TOKEN ENTRY, I just wet myself. This will top last year, I will be at the last two shows just like last year, though the last show this year has alot to live up to.

Token Entry, are you shitting me? The only Parada band that hasn't resurfaced as of late is Black Train Jack.
