According to a report from pollstar, former Blink 182 and current Plus 44 drummer and remixer, Travis Barker, is back in the studio after the accident which gave him third degree burns and killed four people. Barker had this to say about recording again:
It was like riding a bike. It was really exciting to know I still have my chops. It still felt good. I still can make it around the kit. Everything felt right, so I'm thankful to be able to play.
Barker was injured in a September 2008 plane crash which also injured DJ AM and took the lives of four people when the plane failed to lift off, went off the runway and crashed into a nearby road.

I'm glad he's still able to play drums. I couldn't imagine losing a that sort of talent, let alone a talent that can bring home the bacon. 2+ Replies

i still want to see photos of his burns and how extensive they really were. Anyone have a link of such a thing? I don't want to see a burnt up dong or anything, just a little charred flesh. Is that fucked up? Discuss. 1+ Reply
