The Dickies plan New Year's Eve show

The Dickies will be playing a New Year's Eve show in New York City at The Bowery Electric. Set for Wednesday December 31st, 2008. The show starts at 10pm at The Room at The Bowery Electric, located at 327 Bowery at the corner of Joey Ramone Place (2nd Street), New York, NY for patrons 21 and over. Tickets will go on sale at Ticketweb the week of December 1st for $45.

It IS pretty cool. I guess scheduling is the only way you can be sure it's gonna happen. I would totally write out contracts and get signatures just so there's no backing out at the last minute.

I'm happy with my descision to watch Brendan Kelly fall over some drums in Chicago.

I'm not happy that I booked my flight back on New Years Day before knowing that HWM/Naked Raygun are playing the next day.

Who gives a fuck if they are old? They are no older than any other bands from that era. The Dickies are totally underrated. One of the most unique and talented punk bands ever!
