Guttermouth signs back to Hopeless

After releases with Epitaph, Nitro and others, Guttermouth is coming home to Hopeless Records. The band actually helped kick off the label back in 1993 with the 11oz. 7-inch which was the first release for the label.

According to the band, the band will be celebrating their 20th anniversary next year with a new record, as well as a great deal of touring.

what the hell? go listen to gusto or covered with ants and tell me that sounds like everything else.. even the records after that dont sound just like their old stuff. its no big deal if you "outgrew" the band, but dont make false accusations such as sounding the same

It was either after they did "Gorgeous" or "Gusto" and they posted an item that said something akin to "forget we ever made that album, just come to the shows and have a good time".

Friendly people is the only guttermouth I find myself listening to these days. I haven't seen them in about 4 years or so, they were still good live.

And for hopeless, I use to look forward to hopelessly devoted to you. Now I can't stand the label. AAA and mustard plug might be the only good bands still on the label. I miss digger.
