MC Lars announces “This Gigantic Robot Kills”

Post-punk laptop rapper MC Lars has announced plans to release his next full length on Crappy Records. The record is titled This Gigantic Robot Kills and is due out February 24, 2009. It is the follow-up to The Graduate which was released in 2006.

The album features collaborations with Parry Gripp of Nerf Herder, Paul Gilbert from Mr.Big, members of Wheatus, Mike Kennedy of Vision of Disorder, Pierre Bouviere of Simple Plan, MC Bat Commander of The Aquabats, Suburban Legends, Gabriel Saporta of Cobra Starship, Brett Anderson of The Donnas, MC Frontalot, Jesse Dangerously, Linus Dotson of Size 14 and Internet and gaming convention celeb, Jonathan Coulton.

The title of the album is a tribute to Wesley Willis, the late musician who passed away in 2003.
