Cursive announce more album details

Cursive have unveiled more details about their forthcoming full length via Stereogum. The new record is titled Mama, I'm Swollen and it is due out in Spring 2009. It follows 2006's Happy Hollow thought frontman Tim Kasher also released Help Wanted Nights with his band, The Good Life.

I remember a few months ago, Tim saying he wanted to write a normal album without a central storyline, but things change. Those titles look at least semi-concept-ish.

Can anybody recommend a really good sounding record player? I've got one of those cheap Crosley combo units now, and it sounds pretty good, but I'd like to get a much better sound and preferably a stack player, while I'm at it.

I went to Toys R Us the other night looking for stuff for my son and I went though the clearance aisle just to see what they had and found, not one, but two different style turntables. I bought both, one as a gift and one for me, and it sounds fucking great. You just gotta look around, but check you friendly neighborhood Toys R Us. Pawn Shops are a good place too.
