Fat Wreck Chords to release Backstage Passport on DVD

NOFX has announced plans to release their Fuse.TV television series, Backstage Passport on DVD. The show aired on the network last Spring and followed the band on a world tour. With the release of the DVD, the program will finally be available to many of the countries that NOFX visited on the tour.

Fat Wreck Chords has announced that the DVD edition will feature all eight televised episodes as well as two hours of bonus footage which was cut from the final show. The DVD drops March 17, 2009.

Episode 1: Brazil, Chile
Episode 2: Argentina, Ecuador, Peru
Episode 3: Japan
Episode 4: Malaysia, South Korea, Taiwan, China
Episode 5: Indonesia
Episode 6: Israel
Episode 7: Russia
Episode 8: South Africa

So what does everyone think about the "sexting" case up in PA?? It's a shame they want to charge those 4 kids with child pornagraphy for sending pics of themselves on their cellphones. Those kids lives will basically be ruined if they have to register as sex offenders and have felonies on their permanent records. I wonder exactly how the teachers saw the pics unless the boy who got his phone taken away was stupid enough to have the nude pic as his background picture.

You would think there would be some discretion used in cases like this one. Down here there was a case of some drunk dude having to register as a sex offender for pissing on the side of a High School at 1 in the morning.

Maybe if a kid forwarded pics of other kids to an adult. But that's not what it sounds like happend.

This was a good show except it suffered from the typical reality television cliche of:

- Show clips of everything in the episode at the start of the show
- Show clips of what's coming up after the commerical break
- Finally show the same scene you've already seen a bunch of times.

isn't this weather just awesome? i work in an office where the air conditioning is CONSTANTLY turned on by my coworkers....it's currently 0 degrees, and we have cold air blowing from every vent in the room.

needless to say, if i make it to the weekend without an assault charge, i'll be pretty proud of myself.

i feel your pain. i work in the coldest part of the building right next to a drafty window. the thermostat stays at 68 but that's a fucking joke because the heat doesn't even come out of the vents around my desk.

i've contemplated turning the heat all the way up and then breaking the dial.
