I have a feeling Spy Diddly will be the only song I like from this release. that is unless they changed it to sound more "Americana-esque"

If they fuck up the Strummer track, I swear to everyone their blood will drip from my hands.

i'm hoping for a more keep your heart sound, things slowed down a lot for B&B...the drumming had so much more energy before!

awesome, more covers!

Stoked, even though Spy Diddley was on that free Fat comp in winter '06, meaning there's only 2 "new" songs. I've never heard their covers, but I've been a huge fan of this band since their first EP, so I'm sure they'll be good.

I hope "Coma Girl" sounds awesome, that whole Joe Strummer album is one of my favorites.

Little bummed on the last album but their cover of "Coma Girl" is surprisingly awesome, so I'm stoked!
Blackjaw_x (January 23, 2009)
Okay, so there's 2 original songs on here, as Spy Diddley... you know. Oh well. Hopefully it is just a "distraction", and they'll surprise us with a full length in the summer.

i thought these guys were a pop punk band. at least they used to be. then it became cool to claim americana and roots country as influences, and now these guys are doing that?

My favorite Billy Bragg song. Great choice. Hope they do it justice.

This band is great, and that new song Distracted is awesome. Hoping the rest of the EP is great.

"Distracted" is very, very good. I really liked it anyways. However, just by the way their way their sound keeps evolving it wouldn't come as a surprise if one day these guys make it big. Not that that's bad, but still, just saying. |
