X added to All Tomorrow's Parties lineup

Legendary LA punk band X has been added to the lineup of the Breeders curated All Tomorrow's Parties festival. The event, which will take place from May 15th to 17th at Butlins holiday resort in Minehead, UK, will also feature Gang Of Four, Deerhunter, Shellac, Holy Fuck and Teenage Fanclub among others. the combined age of performers will be somewhere in the six-digits range.

that's pretty sweet to have X, Shellac, and Gang of Four in one place. I wonder if the Pixies will make an appearance.

i've seen them a handful of times in the last 5 years. they're great live. makes me wonder how they were back in their prime.

also, i'm pretty sure that the breeders were doing double duty as touring members of Fear a few years back. am i wrong on that? anybody know?

I always wish I could go to this... It would have been cool to see The Melvins and Sonic Youth do this a few years back
