This Is A Standoff (ex-Belvedere/Forty Cent Fix) have released two songs from their upcoming full length, Be Disappointed, which hits stores March 31. The first two tracks are up now on the band's Myspace page.
The band will be doing some Canadian dates with Millencolin in early March before starting their European tour on April 3. Canadian Info (17 comments)

I liked their first album, so I'll probably have to get this too. The submitter forgot to list ex-Preshure Point, though. Man, I wish they were still around.

A Wilhelm Scream?

as much as I love old millencolin, their last albums and the live concerts I've seen are pretty bad, they play sloppy as hell live. tias should be headlining, really.

I was pretty disappointed by 'Excited'. Hopefully that delicious irony applies itself to the new release as well.

"twas hell.." still remains one of my all-time favorite albums. "Be excited" had it low points, but the high points (Silvio, Dream beater etc..) completely made up for it. So along with the new Prop, Strung out collection and the new Pulley EP I have some good shit to look forward to this year. 2+ Replies
