Sinaloa have announced tour dates in March of this year. They are supporting, Oceans of Islands, released in 2008.

I keep seeing bands play shows at Nara Sushi. Is it just a venue or is it a restuarant by day? Because sushi and punk rock would be two great tastes that taste great together.

So I saw the new Friday the 13th, and goddamn was it terrible. Not that the originals were Citizen Kane but, I guess I expected more. Underground tunnels, the overproduced music video style look of the Saw sequels, NO CRISPIN GLOVER DANCE. I just don't get it.

Awesome. I saw Crispin Glover give his Big Slide Show and introduce his film, 'What Is It?!' Eccentric and interesting guy.

Eccentric is an understatment. And What Is It is like a high budget art school project. It reminded me of that Kids in the Hall sketch shot in black and white where they put a boot in a toilet and flashed "WORLD" over it.

I enjoyed the minstrel who was giving himself injections to become an invertebrate. 'It is Fine! Everything Is Fine!' looked like a better film, but I've yet to see it.

The franchise is what it is: the same rehashed shit over and over. I own the boxset with the first 8 films, but I really only watch the first 4.

They tried to explain that with that broads resemblance to Jason's mother, but I couldn't buy it. I mean, I know they were taking that from part 2 (that one broad puts on jason's mother's sweater, he seems confused blah blah) and digging a bit deeper, but it was just unnecessary.

what do they sound like?
I teach some kids from Sinaloa (the place) they say everything is centered around the drug trade and pretty violent. They've started even sending Mexican military in I guess.
