How big are these venues? I love to imagine Off With Their Heads playing to 1,000 confused people. 4+ Replies

This band's music *finally* caught on for me. It's not mind-blowing, it doesn't elicit much of an emotional response, but it's catchy and fun to sing along to, and is enjoyable for what it is. (OWTH)

i hope against me! plays more small venues for $10 around the rest of the nation/world.

Honestly, who the fuck in South Carolina gives a shit about these bands? How can you have a tour this awesome and not come anywhere near California, Chicago or NY? 9+ Replies

Had this dropped earlier, it'd be 300+ for sure. I've only heard a little of OWTH, but based on the raves here, I should give them another listen. The 'org usually has pretty good taste. 3+ Replies

i'm 24 and after a shitty breakup went from 180 to 166 pounds. i've stopped losing weight but i am still a little flabby. how can i harden up my mid section. crunches seem to be working only real slow and really it's not that much. i drink a lot of beer. is my only option to quit all the booze. i do lots of running. 4 miles 5 times a week. any suggestions on how to stop this plateau i've hit and get a little more hard/lean? 7+ Replies

I went from incredibly excitement, to deep disappointment with a click of the mouse; not a single date anywhere near my location. I'm gong to put on a get up kids album and cry myself to sleep. 2+ Replies

We get OWTH in May, which kicks ass, but this should say "Southern or Mason-Dixon Line Tour", this is hardly the US. 1+ Reply

OOF. kinda foresaw OWTH taking this trajectory, good for them but i don't really relate to much 'punk' outside of the diy/noncommercial realm 5+ Replies

During the summer of 1983, in a quiet town near Minneapolis, Minnesota, the charred body of a woman was found inside the kitchen stove of a small farmhouse. A video camera was also found in the kitchen, standing on a tripod and pointing at the oven. No tape was found inside the camera at the time. Although the scene was originally labeled as a homicide by police, an unmarked VHS tape was later discovered at the bottom of the farm's well (which had apparently dried up earlier that year). Despite its worn condition, and the fact that it contained no audio, police were still able to view the contents of the tape. It depicted a woman recording herself in front of a video camera (seemingly using the same camera the police found in the kitchen). After positioning the camera to include both her and her kitchen stove in the image, the tape then showed her show rest of comment 6+ Replies

Tonight was the first night I had a chance to watch Jimmy Fallon. I watched most of the monologue and his first segment at the desk. It was aweful. It seemed like a bad extended SNL skit. Lets just say I really miss Conan re-runs now and I am now currently watching Craig Fergusan. 3+ Replies
