taking back sunday just needs to stop. every album has gotten progressively worse, and they are on their 3rd singer in 4 albums. its time for them to head off to that big hot topic in the sky.

the whole dual vocal style of lazarra and nolan is what made Tell All Your Friends great. whenever nolan left, the band shouldve quit or at least changed their name.

their last couple albums suck, but "Tell All Your Friends" is the number one alternative album of the 2000s

before you call me crazy, the album came out in 2002 and ushered in an entire decade of a whole new type of music in the underground scene, even pushing it into the mainstream (which previous like-minded bands couldn't seem to accomplish). if you go by sheer influence, innovation, and album tightness, its definitely at the top - similar to the influence that Nevermind and Dookie had on 90s music

*edit* i didn't mean to say that this type of music did not exist in the underground, that was a typo on my part. i meant that the album was strong enough to make that type of music enormously popular
