Slowdance Records is calling it quits. The label posted this on their website:

It's been a fun 10 years but now it's time we put the label to bed. But this is not a sad time. We are very proud of our past decade of releasing independent music. Our endless appreciation goes out to all our respective bands and artists. We can never thank you enough. Thank you all. We had a blast.

The label was home to releases from The Velvet Teen, The Intima, The New Trust, Kissing Tigers, The Rescue, The '89 Cubs and many others.
