The Lock Up Stage at Reading Festival, run by Mike Davies, host of the BBC Radio 1 Punk Show has been announced for 2009. The Friday show will be headlined by Billy Talent and then Rise Against on Saturday.
The stage will also include: Bouncing Souls, Mad Caddies, Polar Pear Club, Leftover Crack, The Bronx, A Wilhelm Scream, Chuck Regan, Alexisonfire and Anti-Flag. British acts set to appear include The Ghost of a Thousand, The Plight, The Computers and Snuff. Europe (51 comments)

the only bad thing about living in yorkshire is since that AWS and leftover crack will play their warm up gigs for this fest nowhere near here since the 2nd half of the fest is in Leeds.

I don't think Billy Talent are headlining the stage on the Friday. Look at the line up poster - they are on the same line and in the same font size as Anti-Flag, not above them. The NME stage announced Lost Prophets after initally annoucing Gallows and AFI I think on the same line and in the same font size. | Features
