Three Mile Pilot, which features Zach Smith from Pinback,, Pall Jenkins (The Black Heart Procession) and Tom Zinser on drums, have reunited.
The band released Another Desert, Another Sea in 1997 and then went on a lengthy hiatus and forming The Black Heart Procession and Pinback. The band recently played a series of sold-out shows in their hometown of San Diego recently, and scheduling a short tour up the west coast this summer in preparation of their long-awaited new album, due for release in early 2010. weird, i was just checking these guys out on myspace the other day after hearing they were from the same sorta scene as Drive Like Jehu. very different, but i like it. here's hoping for some reissues of their old stuff, seems fairly hard to find, and i wouldn't mind investing in those records... | Features
