Joliet, IL trio Ryan's Hope have formed a pop-punk side project called The Reaganomics. Frontman Terry Morrow had this to say about the venture:

We've been dicking around with some pop punk type songs, and greg and nick have been doing a lot of writing and singing, so we decided to throw those ideas into demos and form a sort of side band called the reaganomics.

Some Reaganomics demos can be heard here, and the band plans to record more songs this June in Chicago, in addition to writing and recording new Ryan's Hope songs before the summer ends.

Ryan's Hope last released the Chaos EP in 2008, which is still available for free download at their website.
