"Why did we have to cancel? Because the record was not yet where we wanted it to be. The music we put out is our foundation and if we aren't happy with the record then you won't be either. So we have decided to take the summer and fall to finish up the record and really make it worth the wait. But!!!!! don't think that we will leave you guys hanging this summer. We will be releasing an ep this with all new songs just to hold you guys over until we put out the full length. In addition to an ep we will also be putting out some vinyl and some new merch."The band last released the Realpolitik! EP in 2007.

Cancelling a full tour because you're in a rut with recording doesn't seem like a good idea at all. Have fun convincing promoters that you're reliable next time you book a tour.

i feel like people have a hard enough time remembering who this band is. canceling a bunch of shows to work on an album people won't know about isn't quite the best idea.

I liked the first record, but come on. It's been forever. You are not Kevin Shields.

They should be fine as long as Stza stays far far away from this album.

I really liked the first record too. I haven't listened to it in a long time though. Gonna do it now.

Looking forward to the new record. Don't care about the tour since I won't be anywhere near the cities they hit haha |
