Think Fast! to release DEA (No Harm Done) 7-inch

Think Fast! will be releasing the debut 7" from DEA. The band is described by guitarist Charles Chaussinand (also of No Harm Done and Offsides) as "a much more straight forward youth crew band, for fans of In My Eyes, Where Fear and Weapons Meet and Turning Point."

The 7" is promised later this year, following up the Good Guys EP on Get Outta Town and, previous to that, a demo. Both the demo and Good Guys are available for free download at Get Outta Town's website.

i usually really dislike youth crew bands, but when i lived in tallahassee these kids were super nice, really respectful of other types of music, and really enjoyed what they played. they get my stamp of approval. hope they go far.

I moved to Tallahassee for school last year and I've only gone to three local hardcore shows where each time at least one of my friends has been attacked in the pit. Jumped on, punches thrown not just moshing. I hate to say it but fuck that scene. There's probably a few good dudes but none I've witnessed.

the tallahassee music scene is vicious, shitty, and weird. i won't deny that. but the DEA kids have always been really nice and considerate.

Charles is probably better known for being in Make Or Break and running Get Outta Town Records.

Awesome band. Awesome label.
