My Chemical Romance to work with Brendan O'Brien

My Chemical Romance have announced that they will be recording with producer Brendan O'Brien (AC/DC, Killswitch Engage, Rage Against the Machine, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, The Offspring, Bruce Springsteen) for their forthcoming album. The band had this to say:

In the next few weeks, My Chemical Romance will head into the studio to record their fourth full-length album with producer Brendan O'Brien. [...] He's good.

The record will follow 2006's The Black Parade. The band promised a back-to-basics sound.

Let's not kid ourselves here. Any position that has the word "czar" in the title, has no real power. All Internet regulations are coming from the antiquated and corrupt FCC.

I was hoping Obama would appoint someone like a new cabinet position, for technology issues, because it's such a hard industry to stay up to date on. Not necessarily someone to enforce more regulations, but someone to let him know the issues in ISP throttling etc.

I love the new album, it's actually a lot different than their last one, and I loved the last one.
The new one is more full of mellow, melodic reggae and soul ballads, which I am a huge fan of

Yeah for sure, at first I was under the impression that "Tear That Falls" would be the only mellow-type song on it, but there's like 5 or 6 more songs that are even more ballady, definitely some nice love-making songs on this one, haha there's a few of them in a row too

That sold me. I thought their prior material was only so-so, but if this is the direction they're going I'm down.

Their first one on Hellcat is nothing but party music (still great though). Reggae Hit L.A. is a more experimental one with sound. This one hopefully is awesome.

so my birthday was this past weekend. my friend is at my party and she goes "you know my friend _____ at my party? she thinks you're cute. after you left she kept mentioning you and stuff."

to which everybody within earshot goes "oooOOOOoooohhh" like the audience in saved by the bell when zack morris flirts with some girl or something.

only bad thing is, i can't remember a cute girl at her party. i can't remember anybody distinctive in the 5 minutes i was actually there (her place was on the way back from work and i was working late that night, and had to get going pretty much as soon as i got there). so, nondescript doesn't necessarily mean "ugly" but she can't be very cute if i didn't even notice her, right?

and she didn't invite said friend to my party. way to drop the ball dude.

Find out what her name is and then use a friend's facebook. That's what I do if I need to get on there. Also change your friend's status to something that will get him/her secretly arrested by the secret service and secretly tried by a secret court. Problem solved.

Well that's a whole lot to swallow. When it comes to attractiveness with the word "cute", guys think of girls like Pam from "The Office". She's not smoking hot, but cute. Girls use the word "cute" in this sense with girls of the chunkier variety, sometimes glasses.

Now, when you mentioned the "funny and intriguing but not necessarily attractive,"... that is also a girls perspective on cute. Guys never look at personality for cute.

i was at the tag agency earlier today and this old ass lady asked this old cowboy guy when his birthday was and he said "may 12th", then she asked what year, and he said "every year". and they laughed for about 12 hours.

I hate everything this band has ever done, except for Three Cheers, which was surprisingly good. Gerard's comic book is okay too, but fuck Black Parade and shit. If I wanted Green Day playing Queen, I would have listened to American Idiot.
