Despite the overwhelming presence of idiots who probably have no idea what they're talking about, Subhumans shows are always some of the most fun shows of the year. I'm so happy they got back together and kept on touring. I never thought I'd see them once let alone four times.

I remember the one tour they were on was with the Casualties, and it was somewhat weird seeing them still touring in a little van, while the Casualties had this huge tour bus with their logo on the side. I couldn't help but thinking that the Subhumans were partially responsible for them even being a band.

Also a kid I worked with said he went to see the Subhumans and thought it was the Vancouver band, and was disappointed with them, and had never even heard of the UK Subhumans. I found it hard to believe, but had no reason not to believe him.

But yeah this band is still good live, and people should see them.

When Canada Subhumans toured a few years back, there were stories of people attending thinking it was the UK one, even though they had (Canada) listed next to the name. I would believe it.

I hate all ages shows at The Barbary. Gotta walk a few blocks to go to the closest bar, then they end their shows as early as possible to re-open for hipster dance party bullshit.

That might be the last ATHF, just because that was the plan to make a live action one for years as the finale, but there's talk it will be renewed.

Glad to hear somebody on the org love Breaking Bad as well. What a fucking phenomenal show!

Which is worse;

Bands with multi-word names with the spaces taken out (Lovehatehero, imadethismistake, Alexisonfire)

VS.

Bands with sinfully improper punctuation (Portugal. The Man, For.The.Win., Panic! At the Disco, [there are more but I don't feel like thinking about them])

yeah but that was early nineties, i feel like there was this explosion of these things in band names, song titles, etc. over the past five years or so. older things i can cut some slack to, that even includes MCR it was just the first one i thought of

if you take this band's logo and fold it in so the first and last letter are all that ther is, it creates the "SS" logo
