Bad Religion is planning a very limited clear vinyl repress of their 1994 album, Stranger Than Fiction. The record will be limited to 500 copies on clear vinyl and available only through Interpunk.com in celebration of the 15th anniversary of it's release.
Due out July 14, 2009, the record is the band's most successful having gone gold on the strength of singles, "Infected" and "21st Century (Digital Boy)." (The latter originally appeared on Against the Grain) "Infected" is currently streaming on Bad Religion's myspace page. Bad Religion (32 comments)

The title track is probably the best on the whole album 1+ Reply

This was the second bad religion record I ever got and it is one of their best releases....Marked and Better Off Dead are two of the most underrated bad religion songs of all time...

I read "Bad Religion to repress Stranger Than Fiction " to mean supress.

I think this is a worthy BR album, but my question is how much will it cost? I went into my local record store (which has very reasonable prices) on Record Store Day and saw that the first BR 7" reissue was selling for $9. I already have these tracks on the 'How Could Hell Be Any Worse?' reissue so why should I spend $9 on a 7 "? I've pressed records before so I know how much they cost to press. I love the band, but I hope they reconsider their prices on these limited edition records they're pressing these days.

I wonder why there hasn't been a "remastered" CD out yet. Does WB/Sony still own the rights for the record? The original CD sounds just fine. | Features

This was the first Bad Religion album I got. It was a pretty good one to start on.
