Long Island experimental/indie rock band Robbers have been tapped as the support act for the Midwest and east coast portion of Brand New's upcoming U.S. tour.
Robbers digitally released their half-hour-long EP, Flesh, earlier this year on Unicrons. News (215 comments)

The only time I saw Brand New, I got there late and missed Manchester Orchestra. I was pissed. BN and Kevin Devine were both amazing though. I met Kevin after the show and he turned out to be an awesome dude. I really want to go to this.

I didn't hate transformers. At any rate it was no worse than the first. And I was kindof in to it by the end. My biggest complaint is still that they make them all look like giant robot insects and they just gloss over the parts where they transform with closeups of individual "body" parts. And the times they do sortof show the whole thing it's just way more like morphing than transforming. 4+ Replies

I don't see what this has to do with me having to miss Nothington/Samiam at Bottom of the Hill this week because of my stupid photography class (The class is actually pretty interesting and getting a bullshit high school credit out of the way over the summer is rad, but goddamn I wanted to go to that show). 1+ Reply

First day back home at the lake and it's windy, chilly, and it clouded up this evening. Hopefully it's not like this for the rest of the week. 2+ Replies

Am I wrong in thinking that Interpunk has seriously jacked up their shipping rates? I bought a couple shirts last year, and I recall paying a fair price for shipping, but now it's something insane like $10 to ship one shirt, and that's to Minnesota! WEAK. 5+ Replies

Conspiracy theory: Michael Jackson was so sick of being shit on about everything, he went into a intense witness protection-type thing where he faked his own death. 4+ Replies
