Videos: Red Knife Lottery: “Junkie Jazz”

Red Knife Lottery have posted the first video from their next album, Soiled Soul and Rapture which is due out August 11, 2009.

The video features James Munoz from The Bled and it was directed by Travis Huss. The record is the first new album from the band since So Much Drama which was released in 2005.

Do any of you remember Krazy Fest in Louisville, KY? There was a DVD release of the 2002 festival, I believe it was Krazy Fest 5.

I've been looking for years with no luck. There will be a hefty reward if anyone has information leading to my purchase of the Krazy Fest 5 DVD,

as cheesy as they get with the imagery, i don't mind this band. they have a really cool sassy garage-y vibe to some of their stuff. i first heard about them after hearing the singer's vocals on a sincebyman song, and checking out her band afterwards.

they're really good IMO, I admit I discovered them when they were the Band of the Moment and at first glance I thought the singer was semi-naked or something.

Nevertheless, I can't wait for their new album. Its been "coming out" for like 3 months already.

Does that mean you live in /around Milwaukee? I'd like to see them sometime, but it seems they never have any dates far from home (although I read something about them almost relocating to Chicago..but I forget)

Yeah, I'm in Milwaukee.

I'm sure they'll do a little tour once the album comes out. Also, check out Call Me Lightning if you see them playing in Chicago in the future. They're my favorite band in Milwaukee.

I have a total girl crush on the singer. She bartends at a couple bars in the city and one time I think we had a moment. I shared my pretzels with her. It was magic. It was real.

But, ah, you know.... Yeah they're a pretty good band, too.
