Media: Unwelcome Guests: “Warm Soon”, “Walking is Tough”

Buffalo, NY's Unwelcome Guests have posted two new songs. "Warm Soon" and "Walking is Tough" come from the band's forthcoming full-length, Don't Go Swimming, which was recorded inside Watchmen Studios in Lockport, NY by Doug White. No word yet on a release date or label, but we'll keep you posted. The band has previously released material on Dirt Cult Records, Art of the Underground, Salinas Records and Traffic Street Records, among others. Among those was a 2008 split 7" with Orphan Choir and The Painter 7" the same year.

A good rule of thumb as far as Jeff Ott is concerned, the earlier in his career, the better it is.

Early Fifteen is pretty good. The Hopeless albums are when it started going off the rails.

I missed out on tickets to see Samiam and A Death In The Family at Poison City Weekender Saturday Night.

But I can still get tickets for the sunday afternoon show with Fear Like Us and Darren Gibson. However, they are the only two out of six acts that I am interested in seeing. Also, no one wants to go with me, which sucks.
