Doomriders, Lewd Acts debut new music

Doomriders and Lewd Acts have launched new audio players featuring tracks from their upcoming albums.

Lewd Acts will issue Black Eye Blues on September 1, 2009 and you can check out the player here. Doomriders are planning Darkness Come Alive for September 29, 2009 and that is streaming here.

What was the really heart wrenching story that you were talking about with Acris in another thread?

Also, when I saw Doomriders open for Danzig (which I wrote a review for here back in 2007), after every song they screamed: "ALRIGHT! WE'RE FUCKING DOOMRIDERS!"

After EVERY song. It was hilarious.

I don't want to tear all that up again because it really affected me and while I'm sure a bunch of people also read it no one could muster up to write anything at all in response. The guy took some simple matters to prove it though with link to three minor seemingly unrelated stories in local media, but when you put 'em together and included the then recent developments it just became the worst thing ever to happen to someone.

Haha yeah, ALRIGHT! but that's what you'd expect, right?

I feel ya. I always take this completely unrelated to me so much to heart. Like the kid who died of pneumonia and his parents donated his organs, but he actually died of cancer and all the patients got cancer and died. :(

But word, doomriders were the best part of that show considering danzig fell off stage and refused to play a misfits set that was promised.

Man, that BUMS ME OUT. It also bums me out because it's the exact oppsite to one of my own "stories".

Hahah really? He fell off stage and refused to play a Misfits set? That's awesome. That's almost more awesome than the North Side Kings beatdown!

Yep, in the middle of "How the Gods Kill" he fell off stage and hurt his arm. You can find videos on youtube. I was never more worried about a riot breaking out than that show.

It was also doyle's newer band's first show and he had his wife pole dancing the whole time.
