Atreyu have posted the first single from their upcoming album, Congregation of the Damned. The record is set for release on October 27, 2009.

I usually hate this band, but right now I'm not hating this song nearly as much as I thought I would. I think they have definitely improved.

Eh, no.

The only thing these guys did that was close to tolerable was The Curse. Some of those songs were catchy as shit and pretty fun, if generic as all get out.

People talk about Suicide Notes... like it was some kind of underground masterpiece, but I hated it. The guitar tone was waaaaay too weak for something so death influenced, and the vocals were grating.
