Leatherface to tour Canada in 2010

Legendary UK punks Leatherface will be touring Canada in 2010. Only one date has been confirmed so far, in Toronto, Ontario on February 22nd with Yesterday's Ring, Sinkin Ships and Summer of '92.

According to the same site, the band is currently working on a new album with plans for a release soon on No Idea Records. You can find more details here.

The band's last album, Dog Disco, was released in 2004.

Sinkin Ships is probably not to be confused with the defunct Seattle hardcore band with a very similar name.

I hate Canada. My ex was a descendent from there.

The Filmore is the sweetest venue I've ever been to. I missed Frank Turner. Loved Ones were fun. Murder By Death sucked and of course, Gaslight ruled. Awkward stories were said, they didn't play for about an hour, and TrueBeliever got a set list. Only downside is they played Even Cowgirls Get The Blues. Party foul.

Frankie is totally stoked to be doing a Canada tour, says he can't wait to get that first ice cold Labatts down his gullet. He came round to mine last night and we were playing acoustic and smokin the skunk till about 4am!
What a frakkin guy, hes up there with Sid Vicious and Pete Shelly in my book.
