Helen Earth Band (ex-Counterfit, Finch) release debut album

Helen Earth Band, which features former members of Counterfit and Finch, have released a new record, titled Our Own Ghost City.

The album is available via iTunes, Amazon, and Bandcamp, with hardcopies available through interpunk.com.

i only got to see counterfit once, i was literally the only one there not being paid to be there. them and benton falls if i remember right, such an incredible show

This is stuff is pretty good, but goddamn...Counterfit will be sorely missed. They were ahead of the curve and played some really catchy shit while being technical at the same time. This article makes me want to dig out their cd's again.
