Youth Brigade, Bullet Treatment, The Stiches to benefit Ian from Riverboat Gamblers

Youth Brigade and Bullet Treatment will headline a show with Channel 3, The Stiches, Blockage, Werewolf and Fiction Reform. The show is to benefit Ian Mcdougall of Riverboat Gamblers who was injured in a bike accident.

The even will take place Alex's Bar in Long Beach, CA, starting at 5pm and will include various giveaways and raffles from Volcom, Fat Wreck Chords, Basement Records, TKO, Razorcake, BYO and more. It takes place December 13th.

Funeral for a Friend was my band of the moment. How did not one person in that band or the photographer think that band pose was probably a stupid idea?

I was actually just listening to The Stitches this weekend. 8x12 is absolutely perfect. Love t hear some new material from them.

YES! I keep hyping that record. I really think it might my #1 favorite punk album of all time. Their most recent LP 12 Imaginary Inches was good, but nowhere near as awesome as 8x12. I wish they would release a cd with all their 7"s and b-sides.

Have you seen them live? Best live band ever! (ok, one of the best)

Unfortunately I've never had the chance. In the eight years or so I've been paying attention I don't think they've ever come to the midwest. It's a bummer.

That'd be awesome. Thanks. I have most of em copied on an old cassette, so having them on MP3 would be rad.

Definitely see them the first chance you can! Sooo good.
I was living in San Diego for a 8 years so I saw a em a few times out there... I also got lucky and caught two shows in Colorado when I was on vacation a few years ago. I think that's the last tour they did outside of Cali.

Finally some Treatment news. Now I just need to figure out how to get all the way down there. Great lineup the last time I saw Youth Brigade they were great. Never heard of some of the opening bands but must be good if they're on this lineup.
