this band was awesome when they were a rock band. i don't understand why people think synths make things sound more interesting or innovative.

For me, one of the best records and live acts of 2009. Definitely need a Pittsburgh tour date in the future

I really like this band, and the IsIs EP was pretty fucking awesome, but I just could not get into their latest record.
Still, a very innovative band that seems like they would have fallen into that whole Pixies/Breeders/Sonic Youth scene ALA "Alternative Nation" mix had they been around back in the mid-nineties, yet still ahead of their own time.

Skeletons and Soft Shock were probably my favorite songs off the new album.
