The Walkmen

New York, NY's The Walkmen have signed to Fat Possum Records.

The band is currently recording their debut for the label and follow-up to 2008's You & Me with producer Chris Zane.

They did release Dinosaur Jr's Beyond. Are they still owned by Epitaph?

I don't think they were ever "owned" by Epitaph. They definitely had some sort of distribution relationship or something along those lines. But, that's long gone now.
