Jimmy Eat World have posted an update on progress towards their next full length:

We're finally in the process of mixing our album. getting very excited to get this thing done. For those who are asking, no release date has been set but we can assure you it will be this year sometime.

As reported earlier, the band is again working with producer Mark Trombino on the record which will be the first since 2007's Chase This Light.
