Hard work, rough childhoods, and profit sharing are not excuses for making terrible, terrible music.

either he's being ironic or he's too pussy to tell them how awful they are to their faces. either way he needs to listen to some DEP.

It's great that these guys are DIY. It's great that they shre with the road crew. Their music, however, is not great, nor good, nor tolerable or fit for human consumption.

You know who else breaks down and sets up their own equipment? The Presidents Of The United States Of America, and they are way cooler than Brokencyde can ever hope to be.

By 'most DIY band today' he is referring to their day jobs at Home Depot once this stupid fad dies in about 3 months.

Actually the worst thing I have ever heard and I once had to listen to Bring Me The Horizon for a review

Oh man I can't believe I'm going to respond to this but here I go:

I would prefer no one give them the time of day so they fade away and no one hears from them again.

Are you sure he wasn't making fun of them when he said they were "the most DIY band today." ?? Lol

I saw them live with the Mad Caddies and liked what I heard. But then I went to their myspace and didn't like it as much. Still a solid band though

I decided to write my comment while listening to brokencyde. I have never listened to them before and I have to say this is the worst...the fucking worst!
almostpunkenough (July 1, 2010)
why is it so impossible for most of you to believe that he might actually enjoy this nonsense?

I saw a big dog turd on the sidewalk today. It was the most D.I.Y. turd I've ever. Would I love to smell it when I wake up in the morning ? No ! The turd had absolutely no redeeming qualities but that's what makes it so interesting. I may write on book about that turd someday.

First of all to say Aerosmith is the worst band of all time is stupid. They have an entire album of good songs (Toys In The Attic) so that automatically puts them ahead of so many other bands that dont. Its kinda funny cuz it seems like thats just a band that represents old and out of touch to this generation. It wasn't even 15 years ago when I was in junior high and all the popular kids loved the song Pink by them and the Armageddon song too. I don't like them at all (except Toys In The Attic) but its just funny how quickly things change and they go from #1 hit song to old out of touch retards in 10 years. But that said Brokencyde is terrible and should be stopped. But its almost equally as gratifying when they do fall off the face of the planet and all the people you know that liked it try to explain themselves. Like: "I didn't really like Limp Bizkit, it was just that one song." Or: "I just thought Blink 12 was funny I didn't like the music." And we all know theyre gonna feel way worse than they did when those bands werent cool anymore |
