Tours: Dead Kennedys

Dead Kennedys have announced a short run of fall dates. The band has been on a touring hiatus due to illnesses faced by both bassist Klaus Flouride and drummer D.H. Peligro . For the upcoming dates, D.H. will be touring but Klaus' spot will be filled by Greg Reeves. The band will be fronted by Skip McSkipster of the Wynona Riders who previously toured the UK and the West Coast with the legendary band.

Can they just do a Wynona Riders set instead? That shit ruled. I want to just go and heckle them until skip does Catfish Discipline a capella

I just got their J.D. Salinger album on vinyl. So goddamned good. Would much prefer a Wynona Riders set to this nonsense.

The tape was set up to basically fuck with you. It had lots of dead lead ins and space between sides.

Ed Norton is out as the Hulk. 3 movies, 3 Hulks. Can't bode well.

wholeheartedly agreed with everything said here. they did a bunch of dk songs when i saw them (lets lynch landlord, bleed for me, california uber, moon over marin, etc) and they killed it. jello was stage diving left and right. he's a big man now but it was still cool to see.

He was really cool. My band at the time opened the show. The venue is notorious for having really mean bouncers and Jello said he would not play the show unless the barriers were removed. It was awesome.
