Sum 41 have posted an "unofficial" video for their song, "Skumfuk." The video features the new song set to images from the band's summer tour. The track itself will appear on the band's next album. The record is titled Screaming Bloody Murder and is due out August 31, 2010 via Island.
The band released Underclass Hero in 2007. They will be supporting the record on an upcoming European tour with The Black Pacific (ex-Pennywise) and Veara. Island Records (33 comments)

I can appreciate the irony of this video being posted right after watching Ted Leo's poignant video about punk rock superstardom (even if he was targeting green day specifically). This song and video were pretty awful...

For this album Sum 41 will be moving past trying to emulate American Idiot-era Green Day so they can try to emulate Three Cheers-era My Chemical Romance. Oh joy. 1+ Reply

This album actually is not coming out on August 31....in fact it may not even be out by the end of the year.

Wait, this is what Sum41 sounds like now? Not that I care much, but it's kinda interesting that all their albums have distinct sound, at least they don't pump out the same shit over and over again.

What the fuck happened to Deryck Whibley's voice? The track is alright, but not as good as back in the day ("Chuck" era and everything before that)! 1+ Reply

Anyone know what happened to that Brown Brigade band that the guitarist formed when he left this stupid shit behind? I saw them open for Pennywise and the Circle Jerks like four years ago and they were fucking unreal. Was surprised to see that Brownsound actually had some talent, then started wondering to myself why he spent years wasting it with this bunch of tools. | Features
