Bad Religion's Greg Graffin visited MSNBC's Morning Joe to talk about Bad Religion and his new book, Anarchy Evolution. Graffin explains how he reconciles his role as a punk vocalist with his work in the scientific fields. The show is hosted by moderate Republican, Joe Scarborough.

I don't agree with his politics at all, but at least they make alot of valid arguments on the show.

Plus where else are you going to hear jokes about Mike Barnicle doing coke and strangling hookers in central park

I noticed that, too. Just because you're not familiar with the genre, doesn't mean you have to address it as a completely foreign and/or radical idea. She said it like a grade student at the spelling bee.

That was an ignorant statement considering A) I said nothing about beliefs, I think the discussion of his book on the show would go more in-depth than it did on the Morning Joe and B) Saying that Jon Stewart and Greg Graffin hold the same beliefs? You're kidding me right? Ass.

I like when he turns to the lady and says " thats a perfectly valid belief and nobody should criticize you for that, but I just happen to believe something else....." OHHHHH and Greg gets completely cut off by the jerk off host that just couldn't help him self, sorry Greg.

There's being "diplomatic" and there's the type of "tolerance" that says even the Taliban have something constructive and positive to contribute even if I don't happen to subscribe to their ideology myself..
