Weezer is planning a third release from the vaults this year, with vocalist Rivers Cuomo announcing plans to release his third Alone collection. Rivers promises that it will include more solo recordings of tracks from the "lost" pre-Pinkerton concept album. He is planning to accompany that release with the publication of "The Pinkerton Diaries which will compile Cuomo's journals, emails and Harvard papers from that era.

In the next few months, the band is releasing Pinkerton [Deluxe] and Death to False Metal on November 2, 2010 as well.
