I like the fact the the shark is impaled by the boat and (for no apparent reason) then explodes.

1. Why does the shark roar?
2. How does Ms. Brody have flashbacks to an event she wasn't even at?
3. Why does the boat have the ability to swerve/steer like an automobile?
4. Why have I seen that movie multiple times?

Why does the shark carry the rage of its deceased "relative" to take out vengeance on a single family and how does the shark seemingly know when anyone in that family touches the water?
Why is the scene with Mario Van peebles clearly filmed in a tank after a majority of the shark footage was shot?

These questions and a million more make the movie what it is...amazing.

The original shark death was better...and still absurd.

Why is a movie called 'Jaws: The Revenge' hardly able to feature the shark mentioned in the title? It should have been called, Vacation: The Mario Van Peebles Adventure.

How did that get through the script/greenlight phase?

Why hasn't their been a decent shark movie released in the theaters since Jaws 2? 'Smart Sharks' doesn't count.

It's bad when the commercial to video game crossover has a better track record than movie to video game. I can only think of one other decent movie-based NES game, Batman.
