I think I just "got" the whole idea of reproduction. having a kid is like the closest you can come to having a real life avatar isn't it?

JBTV seem to get some good bands but the editing on the show does my head in. Live performances of bands from about 20 different angles, none of which remain on screen for more than 3 seconds, then a 30 second interview with a band before blasting through onto something else. And does there really need to be so many idents? I don't need to be reminded what's still to come every 5 minutes.

They've really gotten mileage out of that Bad Religion footage. I remember taping that as far back as the 1999 "JBTV Don't Drink and Drive" marathon.
