More Sound and Fury bands confirmed

As promised, the second round of bands for this year's Sound and Fury festival has been announced. 29 bands have been confirmed including Calculator, Cruel Hand, Death Threat, Minus, Mongoloids, Not Sorry, Over My Dead Body, Run With the Hunted, Seahaven, Suburban Scum and Trial.

Previously confirmed acts include Alpha and Omega, Bitter End, Ceremony, Deafheaven, Down To Nothing, Incendiary, Joyce Manor, Maker, Nails, New Lows, Ringworm, Suicide File, Venia and Violation.

You can find the full roster and ticket information on the festival's official website. It all takes place July 22nd through 24th in Santa Barbara, CA.

It kind of amazes me that people still go to this thing. It seems like for every great band that they get, there is always four or give terrible and generic bands.

There's a band on the lineup now called "Settle For Less" which pretty much sums this whole thing up.

Well, at least not being able to afford this isn't as much of a disappointment anymore. Last year's lineup was so much better.

absolutely. 6 or 7 good bands out of 40 does not sound like a good festival to me. Last years line-up was significantly better, with or without a motorcycle.

The only way this thing will be memorable is if someone drives a semi-truck into the pit. Only then will I regret my decision not to go.

Love your band, congrats on getting on it. Hopefully it will get you more exposure so you can comeback to illinois
